About
Mayte Noriega is a Business Administrative Associate in the Department of Latin American and Latino Studies at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC). In this role, she oversees areas of the department’s operations, including financial management, human resources, and academic administrative support.
A proud first-generation college graduate, Mayte earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from UIC in 2018 and is currently pursuing her MBA at UIC.
Outside of work, Mayte enjoys traveling, long walks along the lake, collecting vinyl records, and spending quality time with friends and family.
