The Undocumented Knowledges Project was founded in 2024 by Dr. Barbara Sostaita, Dr. Esmeralda Arrizón-Palomera, and Jorge Mena Robles, three formerly undocumented scholars with connections to the undocumented youth movement. The project aims to collect and preserve oral histories of former University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) undocumented student activists and documents related to undocumented student activism at UIC.
