Prof. Julie Dowling Publishes Op-Ed Piece in LA Times on the Latinx Undercount in the US Census
On Thursday, the U.S. Census Bureau released a long-awaited report estimating the 2020 census undercount. Latinos were significantly undercounted. Prof. Julie A.
